Day 1: Leave Manila at 7:45 am.
Day 1: Arrive Amman Airport at 5:30 pm, meet with our representative and transfer to Hotel for dinner and over night. D
Day 2: breakfast at the hotel, drive to Petra, we start on horse back till the entrance of the Siq , a narrow passage between the mountains, then on foot. We will see the water channels . Our first most impressive site as we leave the siq is the Treasury , a breath taking view of this huge monument carved out of living rock. We continue to visit the tombs, the Nabatean dwellings, the theater, etc
We will stop to have lunch at restaurant before we head back to Amman, for dinner and overnight.B/L/D
Day 3: Early Check out from Amman, Cross Allenby bridge, meet our tour guide, After we drive to Tiberias, have lunch. After we continue to Mt. Beatitudes on the slopes of which Jesus delivered his famous sermon to visit and Celebrate Mass. back to the Hotel for dinner and over night. B/L/D
Day 4: After breakfast drive to Cana, site of Our Lord’s first miracle, where couples can renew their wedding vows, Celebrate Mass. Then we enjoy the boat-ride on the Sea of Galilee. Lunch. Then visit Capernaum, we can see the remains of Peter’s, Tabgha a church recalls the miracle of the Loaves and Fishes, and the nearby chapel of Peter’s Primacy. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel. Day 5: We begin our day in Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the Annunciation with the grotto, and the nearby church of St Joseph, house of the Holy Family. Mass, Lunch. Drive to Mount Tabor, site of the Transfiguration, from where we can survey the Jezreel Valley. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel. B/L/D
Day 6: We then leave Galilee, where Our Lord lived, and drive about 160 Kilometers to Ein Kerem, to visit two beautiful churches the birth of John the Baptist and Mary’s visit to her cousin Elizabeth during which Our Lady recited the Magnificat.
Drive to Bethlehem, Lunch, and then visit the ancient Basilica of the Nativity, where a silver star marks the place of Jesus’ birth. Mass. After, drive to the Shepherds’ Field. Dinner and overnight at Diamond Hotel Bethlehem. B/L/D
Day 7: We begin our pilgrimage to the Holy City on top of the Mount of Olives. As we walk down the mount we visit Paternoster Church, where the Lord’s Prayer is displayed in several languages, and Dominus Flevit Church, which is on the spot where Jesus looked at Jerusalem and wept. At the foot of the mount we arrive at the Gethsemane with its ancient olive trees, and the magnificent Church of All Nations with the Rock of Agony. Mass. Lunch. After drive to Mount Zion we visit the Dormition Abbey, where Our Lady fell asleep, the Cenacle (Upper Room) which commemorates the Last Supper, and the Church of St Peter in Gallicantu, where Jesus was tried by the Sanhedrin, kept in a dungeon, and where Peter denounced Our Lord three times. Dinner and overnight at Diamond Hotel Bethlehem. B/L/D
Day 8: This is the day we follow the Stations of the Cross, the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem. The Way of the Cross culminates in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, our faith’s most sacred site. Here you can touch the rock where the cross stood and pray in the tomb from which Our Lord rose from the dead. Mass, Lunch, we also visit the birthplace of Our Lady, the lovely St Anne’s Church, and the Pools of Bethesda Our Lord cured the lame man. We see the Western (or Wailing) Wall, the remnant of the Jewish Temple which was razed by the Romans in 70 AD. Dinner and overnight at Diamond Hotel Bethlehem. B/L/D
Day 9: After breakfast we visit Bethany, the town where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. Mass. We then drive to visit the Qasr El-Yahud baptismal site on the River Jordan, which the Vatican recognizes as the authentic site of the baptism. There we renew our baptismal vows. We pass through Jericho, with a view on the Mount of Temptation, the place where Jesus spent 40 days and 40 nights in the desert. Lunch. Drive to Qumran, and the Dead Sea, where we can float on the mineral-rich water. Dinner and overnight at Diamond Hotel Bethlehem. B/L/D
Day 10: Check out of the Hotel, Early departure to Allenby bridge so we can cross back to Amman, Jordan. board your coach bus to proceed to Mt Nebo. We will have lunch and then visit the sight. From there we go to Visit St George Church at Madaba with its famous mosaic map of the Holy land. Dinner and overnight in Amman. B/L/D
Day 11: Check out of the hotel early in the morning, and leave to Amman Airport as our flight Departs home at 3:15 am.
